If the Scout app crashes, freezes, or won't load, try these steps in order:
1. Close and reopen the app. Fully close Scout, then open it again.
2. Check your internet connection. Scout needs a stable connection to load your reports.
3. Update the app. Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
4. Restart your device.
5. Reinstall the app. Delete Scout, install it again, and log in with your email and 6-digit code. Your subscription and reports are tied to your account — not the app install — so nothing is lost.
Purchased, but your premium or credits aren't showing?
Make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to purchase, then close and reopen the app. If they still don't appear, contact us.
