Cancelling takes about a minute.
Step 1 — Open the cancellation page. Go to https://find.uplivio.net/cancellation. If you're not signed in, you'll see a "Sign in to manage your subscription" prompt — tap Sign In.
Step 2 — Sign in. A sign-in box appears, and we bring you right back to this page.
- Already have a password? Enter your email and password and tap Sign In.
- Signed up through a link we emailed you and never set a password? You'll be asked to create one here, then continue.
- Can't remember your password? Tap Forgot password? to reset it.
Step 3 — Review and continue. You'll see a "We're sorry to see you go" screen. You may be asked a quick reason or shown a one-time offer — choose Continue to cancel.
Step 4 — Cancel your subscriptions. You'll see every plan that renews on your account. Tap Cancel on a plan to cancel just that one, or Cancel all subscriptions to cancel everything. You keep access until the renewal date shown, and you won't be charged again.
