A Scout subscription bought in the app is billed by Google Play, so you cancel it in Google Play — not in the app, not on our website, and not by email. It takes about a minute.
Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture (top right).
Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select Scout → Cancel subscription, and confirm.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, or the next renewal goes through. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Subscribed on our website before (not through Google Play)? Open the app → Settings → Sign in with email, using the email you subscribed with, then tap Settings → Manage subscription to view or cancel it. Or email support@searchscout.app and we'll cancel it for you.
