No. Deleting your Scout account does not cancel your subscription — they are separate actions. If you delete your account without cancelling, your subscription keeps renewing and you'll be charged again.
Before deleting:
- Cancel your subscription — in Google Play, or for a website subscription in the app's Settings → Manage subscription (see How to cancel your subscription).
- Wait for the cancellation confirmation.
- Then request account deletion.
