Scout subscriptions and coin packs are bought through Google Play, so refunds are decided by Google. We can't issue, change or speed up a Google Play refund — the request has to go through Google (see How do I request a refund?). Email us as well and we'll help where we can.
Cancelling and refunding are separate: cancelling stops future charges; a refund returns a past one. For full terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
