How do I change my plan?

To move between the monthly and yearly plan:

1. Cancel your current plan at https://find.uplivio.net/cancellation (you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for).
2. Re-subscribe to the plan you want.

You keep using your current plan until the period you've paid for ends, then the new plan takes over.
