Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play at the end of each billing period, at the plan price shown when you subscribed, using the payment method on your Google account.
To stop renewal, cancel in Google Play at least 24 hours before the renewal date (see How to cancel your subscription). You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
